After more than 25 years of experience in the real estate market, we have now opened our new office in the busy center of Playa de Las Americas.
You will find us between Monkey Beach and the Casino in the Salytien comercial center in the middle floor.
Parking spaces are available for our clients right next to our office.
Our offers reach from weekly rentals of holiday accommodation up to long and short term rental of private luxury villas and boats.
We will assist you in all legal matters related to buying your dream property, explain to you any additional expenses that do arise when owning a property in Spain:

Should you need an NIE number, become a resident or be wanting to set up a busyness or buy an existing one, don´t hesitate to ask us. We collaborate with english speaking lawyers and tax advisors.
We will explain everything about tax obligations and possibilities, calculate investments and mortgages and conclude inheritance matters.

Since 1988 working in holiday and property industry in Tenerife south. Since 2001 partly working for Banco Sabadell. Speaking perfect: german, spanish, english, italian and fluent french.

Born 1964 in Russia. 1981 the family moves to Bulgaria. Concluded studies of russian philology and history in 1985. 1989 concluded studies of tourism at the univerity of Varna. 1990 moves to Germany to become an expert in travel industry. 1998 opens travel agency in Augsburg with lots of satisfied customers since 17 years. 2010 purchase of first property in Tenerife. Now active in the property industry herself. Perfect in Russian, Bulgarian, German, fluent in English and Spanish.

Born 1959 in Germany. In 1970 family moved to Tenerife. Spent many years in Germany for language studies. Back to Tenerife and several years employed as interpreter for German, Spanish and English at well established Spanish law firm with real estate department. Returned with her family to Germany in 2000, working as management assistant. Since 2015 our contact person in Germany. Perfect in: German, Spanish and English.

Born in Finland in 1975. Graduated from high school in 1993. Moved to Oulu to study, and graduated from the Merikoski commercial institute specializing in travel industry and customer service.
